International exhibitors
Your U.S. Trade Show Booth Partner
Exhibiting in the United States from overseas creates a different project-management challenge.
You may already have the campaign, products, booth concept and event booked. What you still need is a team in the U.S. that can turn the project into a finished exhibit.
That is where New Concept Global Group fits.
A U.S.-Based Execution Team
We work with international exhibitors, marketing departments and exhibition agencies that need local production and project support in the United States.
Depending on the project, our scope can include design adaptation, fabrication, graphics, transportation coordination, installation, dismantling and storage.
Already Working With an Overseas Agency?
Your existing agency does not have to be replaced.
New Concept can operate as the U.S. production and execution side of the project, working from approved designs and coordinating the booth scope locally.
Understanding the U.S. Show Environment
Trade shows in the United States can assign different responsibilities to organizers, general service contractors, official service providers, freight companies and outside exhibit contractors.
We define our scope clearly and help identify the handoffs that need to be addressed before the booth reaches move-in.
That gives your team a clearer picture of what New Concept is handling and what may still need to be ordered or approved through the show.
Work Across Time Zones Without Losing Control
Project files, approvals and changes should not disappear inside long chains of vendors.
Our goal is straightforward: keep the exhibit scope organized, keep communication clear and get the approved booth ready for the event.
